Warranty
We offer a limited six month warranty for any product you purchase if planted and cared for in a proper and responsible manner. This does not include our shipping or any handling fees. Since nursery stock is perishable, it is your responsibility as the purchaser to strictly adhere to your planting/care guide included with your order and plant your products ASAP. However, all of our live plants and bulbs are shipped in potting mix and planting can be delayed for up to two weeks (refer to you care guide for specific information). Our warranty does not cover acts of god, frost, draught or any other severe environmental conditions or animal damage.
We warranty our products to be true to name, to be in healthy living condition and packaged properly at the time of shipment. We are a licensed nursery, inspected by the Oregon Department of Agriculture frequently (under our licensed nursery name of Parry's Tree Farm and Nursery), and certified to be free of insects and contagious plant diseases.

Since nursery products are perishable and actively growing at the time you receive them, you should plant them ASAP. However, they will arrive in our custom potting mix so planting can be delayed up to as much as a week or sometimes longer. Lily bulbs and Day lily tubers are actively growing when shipped and should be planted as soon as possible.
Shipping Damage Claims
We are not responsible for the treatment of your package by the carrier. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to inform the carrier of any shipping damage or purchase insurance when you check out.

Our web site is protected by a private Security Socket Label (SSL) and purchases are completed using Pay Pal, one of the most secure credit/debit card transactions on the Internet.
SHIPPING
ALL ORDERS: A small handling fee is applied to your order to cover costs of shipping supplies (box, string, etc.) You can pick up your order here at the nursery without paying for shipping fees.
- We use UPS or FEDEX as our only shipping agent.
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you check out.
- Shipping dates may vary according to current product availability and our weather conditions, and your current weather.
- Our nursery products are frequently inspected by the Oregon Department of Agriculture and certified to be free of destructive pests & diseases.
- We ship to every state in the continental U.S. except Hawaii .
- We do not ship internationally, to Hawaii, or to Canada.
